Who can apply?

Women with previous professional experience of at least two years, who have taken a continuous career break of 6 months or more, and have relevant experience in Manufacturing/Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, Architecture & Interior Design, Legal and Audit, Finance and Accounting, Strategy/General Management.

Training and support

Your guide, who will also be the co-owner of the project, will support you throughout the project. You will be also be assigned a mentor and a buddy to help you transition in your new role. Selection process

If you have relevant experience or if you are interested in any of the projects/ locations, please email your CV to HRD@in.ata.pw. After an initial screening, we will schedule a telephonic interview, followed by a meeting at our campus in Delhi or Mumbai if required.


The projects currently listed are based out of our ATA Group of Co. headquarters in Delhi, Mumbai or at the AEPL office in Gurgoan and other residential offices. However, some of the projects may require travelling to our other locations as well.

Project Duration and Type

Projects vary from 3-6 months and can be part-time or full time (up to 42.5 hours a week). These are live business projects across sectors in various divisions of ATA Group of Co. and Associated Companies.


Your project stipend will depend on the nature of the project, duration of work, previous experience and educational qualification. This can be mutually agreed upon during your interview.
